Yes. Sign up, record your first session, and see the grade, all before you enter a card. We want you to see the value before you pay for it.

Remove them from your account and you stop being charged for that seat at the next billing cycle. Their recordings stay in your account, so coaching history doesn’t disappear.

Yes. One-party consent states (the majority of the US) are covered automatically: if the rep is a party to the conversation, they can record it. For two-party consent states (California, Florida, etc.), we provide disclosure scripts that satisfy the requirement. We also have a full recording laws guide in our resources.

5 to 10 minutes for a typical 30-minute session after the upload completes. Longer sessions take proportionally more. The rep gets a push notification when the grade is ready, so there’s no need to stare at the screen.

Yes, on all plans. AdaptClose ships with sensible defaults for common home-services pitches, but you can build your own rubric step by step: your process steps, your scoring weights, your objection categories. Every grade is based on how you actually sell.
